Description

The Buser elevator is double-ended with spade-shaped, and round working ends. The spade-shaped end is used to dissect the papillae and the marginal gingival margin. The dissection of the mucoperiosteal flap is continued with the round working end of the elevator, which allows the flap to be dissected without damaging the tissue. Used for elevating, reflecting and retracting the mucoperiosteal flap after gingival incisions. The easy-to-clean grooves in the handle design ensure a secure grip and a maximum transfer of force. The matt handle surface reduces irritating light reflections.
