Cover aligner with cold water and add 1 tablet. When the water turns from blue to clear (apx 10 mins) remove Aligner and rinse thoroughly with cold water. 2 x Aligner Chewies - Place the Chewie between upper and lower teeth and clench to seat aligner correctly and accurately. 1 x Storage Case - Use to store your Chewies and Aligner Hook Removal Tool
